Internal Family Systems Healing Circle
Do you have a desire to experience The Internal Family Systems process? Each circle will consist of three participants and we will meet for three months, every other week, for a total of six sessions. Each session will last 90 minutes. Participants will each have the opportunity to go inside and do the deeper inner work while the space is being held by the group. We heal together.
